The first Winters Farmers’ Market of the year hit the ground running today. We got there around 10:15 am right after it opened and the place was already hopping.
Stuffed to the brim with vendors, but still with enough room to manoeuvre, there’s something new and exciting every few steps (or familiar and exciting if you’ve been before).
The high ceilinged space rang out to the sounds of laughter and music, with Beth Mosko and Eric David of Sawmill on the fiddle & banjo.
Click on the play button in our video in the sidebar to get some sights and sounds of the market place today.
Product Spotlight
Being lovers of hot sauce one of the products we picked up today was Harissa Sauce by Heller’s Kitchen. A creamy hot sauce made with roasted red pepper & garlic.
Our vote? It’s delicious.
Creamy, tangy, spicy, and smooth. The perfect compliment to scrambled eggs on a Sunday morning we discovered.
And at $5 a bottle, it won’t break the bank. We bought a small bottle to try it, the bigger bottles are even more economical.
Where is it located? Website?
Thank you. Good articles.
